Engineered for connections

Find local businesses.
Know the week they need you.

A desktop app for small agencies and freelancers. Type a trade and a city. It finds every business, opens each website to see what is broken, and tells you who is worth a message — then keeps watching them and tells you the week something changes.

Free for a day. No card, no account. It runs on your own computer.

Signals — what changed this week about businesses you already found, and why it is worth another message
  • Windows and macOS
  • Your data never leaves your machine
  • Claude, OpenAI or Gemini — you pick

The problem

You are good at the work. Finding the work is the problem.

Most people who buy this are one to five people. They build websites, run ads, do SEO. They are not bad at sales — they are guessing at when to sell.

You send 200 messages and get four replies

So you decide outreach does not work, and you go back to waiting for referrals. The maths was never the problem. The timing was.

You message businesses that are fine

Good website, good reviews, phone ringing. They have no reason to answer a stranger. You spent your week on people who did not need you.

Your list is in a spreadsheet you never open

You built it in March, worked it for two weeks, got nothing, and left it there. It is still sitting on your desktop right now.

Your old prospect list is not dead. You were just early.
Nothing was wrong with those businesses. You reached them in a week when nothing was wrong. That changes. A site goes down. A rating slips under four stars. A bad month shows up in the reviews. Orbyco watches for that week and tells you when it arrives.

Signals · the reason people stay

The week something changes, you hear about it.

Every business Orbyco has ever found for you gets checked again, week after week. Not a new list — the same list, watched. When something changes on one of them, it moves to the top and tells you what changed and when.

It runs on its own twice a day — you never have to press anything. Each run re-checks 40 businesses, oldest first, so your whole list is covered every few days.

Their website disappeared

The domain lapsed, the host went down, or someone stopped paying. They need a site today, not next quarter. You will usually be the first person to tell them it is gone.

Their rating fell under 4 stars

Under four is the line where people scroll past. They can feel it in their bookings even if they have not worked out why. This is the week reputation work sells itself.

A rush of reviews while the rating dropped

Something went wrong recently and enough people cared to write about it. They are already looking for help. You are arriving with an answer instead of a pitch.

Thirty new reviews and they are growing

Not every signal is bad news. A business having its best quarter has money and ambition at the same time, which is the easiest version of this conversation. Growing businesses buy — and this one is worth another try even if they ignored you in March.

Every signal comes with the reason, not just the fact.

A date and a number tell you nothing on their own. Orbyco says what the change means and whether it is worth acting on — and if you would rather send a voice note than type, it writes the script for that too.

“30 new reviews since you last looked. They’re growing. Growing businesses buy — worth another try even if they ignored you before.”

You already have their number. You already know what is broken on their site. Signals is the only part you were missing: when.

How it works

Five steps, and you do about two of them.

Nothing sends itself. Every message waits for you to read it and press send.

  1. 01

    Find

Type a trade and a city — plumbers in Manchester, dentists in Dubai. Orbyco pulls every matching business from Google, then opens each website and records what is actually broken: no HTTPS, slow to load, no tap-to-call button, no way to get in touch at all.

Searching for a trade in a city
  2. 02

See who you can actually reach

Every phone number is read against 60+ national numbering plans. Landlines cannot receive WhatsApp, so they are marked before you waste a message on them. In a typical list about two thirds are reachable — and the app tells you which trades run high. Photographers list mobiles 80% of the time. Dentists, almost never.

How many list a mobile you can actually WhatsApp

Whether a trade is worth searching at all comes down to this number.

How many list a mobile you can actually WhatsApp
    CategoryValue
    Photographers80%
    Personal trainers65%
    Dentists and bakeriesAlmost none

Measured by Orbyco across the listings it reads. Landlines cannot receive WhatsApp, so a trade near the bottom of this list is one to reach by email or ads instead.

  3. 03

    Know who to message first

Reply odds rank the list and show the reasoning behind every score — no website at all, only seven reviews so the owner reads them personally, mobile number, 3.9 stars so they know there is a problem. It also learns the hours your replies actually arrive, and it knows to avoid Friday midday in Muslim-majority countries.

Reply odds with the reasoning behind each score
  4. 04

Send an opener that is about them

One message per business, quoting their real rating, their real fault, their real numbers. Split into short messages the way a person actually types — and written in their own language. A German photographer gets German, not translated English.

A drafted opener in German, with the website check it was written from
  5. 05

Chase the ones who went quiet

Most deals come from the second message, not the first — and it is the message nobody sends, because chasing forty people by hand is miserable. Follow-ups collects everyone who has not replied, drafts the nudge, and shows you every one before it goes. It will only ever write to someone already in a conversation with you. And when you need something to send, it builds a free sample website from their own listing, or a branded report on how they compare to their rivals.

Honest numbers

What we are not going to tell you.

1–15%

That is what cold outreach replies at. Including ours.

Where the real number sits0% to 100% of everyone you message

Where you land inside that range depends on your trade, your city, your offer and your timing. Orbyco is built to move the timing, which is the only one of the four you were not already controlling.

Anyone promising you 10x replies is quoting a number they cannot control on your behalf. We would rather you saw the real range before you paid than after.

There are no testimonials on this site.

No client logos, no “trusted by 10,000 agencies”, no countdown timer telling you the price goes up tonight. None of that is true yet, so none of it is here.

When there are customers who are happy to be named, they will appear on this page with their names and their businesses on them. Until then you get the product, the price and the honest reply rate.

Four things it refuses to do

Each of these is a feature someone will ask us for. Each one is a fast way to lose your number, your domain or your mailbox — and a banned number costs you more than a slow week ever will.

It will not blast strangers

Volume is capped and paced. A number that sends 400 cold messages in an hour is a number that gets banned by lunch.

It will not dodge WhatsApp's limits

No unofficial gateways, no warm-up tricks, no rotating burner numbers. Those work until the day they take your number with them.

It will not cold-call anyone

The voice calling only rings people who contacted you first. It refuses to dial a cold number, on purpose, and there is no setting to turn that off.

It will not email consent-first countries

Where the law says you need permission before the first email, Orbyco declines to send. Your unsubscribe link works and your postal address is on every message.

Runs on your computer

We do not have your data, because we never receive it.

Orbyco is a desktop app, not a website you log into. Your prospects, your conversations, your mailboxes and your API keys sit in a file on your own disk. There is no Orbyco server holding a copy, because there is no Orbyco server.

You bring your own keys and pick your own model — Claude, OpenAI or Gemini. If you close your account tomorrow, nothing of yours has to be deleted from anywhere, because it was never anywhere else.

You pay your own AI bill, directly. We never touch it.

Orbyco runs on your computer with your own API keys. That means the AI costs go from you to Anthropic, OpenAI or Google — not through us. In normal use that is about $5–15 a month. Google Places is free until you have used $200 of it, which most people never reach.

We could bundle it and mark it up. Almost everyone does. We do not, because it would cost you more and you would have no way to check the number. This way your bill is your bill, and you can see every call you paid for.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

If yours is not here, email it to us and we will answer it honestly, including when the answer is no.

The trial is one day. Is that enough?

It is enough for the part you can judge in an afternoon: pick a trade and a city, watch it find the businesses, read what it says is broken on their sites, and read the openers it writes. If that list is not the list you would have built by hand, you have your answer and it cost you nothing.

What one day cannot show you is Signals, because Signals works by watching the same businesses over weeks. That one you take on the month, not the day.

Do I pay for the AI on top of the subscription?

Yes, and you pay it directly to the provider — roughly $5–15 a month for Claude or OpenAI in normal use. Google Places is free until you have used $200 of it, which most people never reach.

We do not resell usage and we do not mark it up. Your keys, your account, your bill.

Is there a lifetime deal?

No, and there will not be. Support, updates and the cost of keeping up with Google and WhatsApp go on forever. A one-off price is a promise we cannot keep, and the people who buy lifetime deals are the ones left stranded when the seller quietly stops answering.

The annual plans are two months off. That is the discount.

Will this get my WhatsApp number banned?

Nothing can promise you that. What Orbyco does is refuse the behaviours that cause bans: it paces sending, it will not blast, it does not use unofficial gateways, and it will not cold-call.

Use a number you are willing to lose, keep the volume sane, and message businesses that have a reason to hear from you. That last part is what Signals is for.

Do I need to be technical?

You need to be able to install an app and paste an API key into a settings box. The setup wizard walks you through getting the keys the first time. There is no terminal and nothing to host.

Which countries does it work in?

Phone numbers are read against 60+ national numbering plans, and openers are written in the language of the business you are contacting. The cold email side declines to send to countries whose law requires consent before the first message.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays on your computer, because that is where it always was. The database is a file on your disk. You can export a backup at any time, with or without your keys in it.

Try it on a city you know.

one full day, everything switched on, no card and no account. Pick your trade, pick your city, and see whether the businesses it finds are the ones you would have picked yourself.

  • Nothing to sign up for — the trial starts when the app opens

Downloads are not open yet.

Orbyco 1.0.1 is finished and running, but we are not handing out installers until billing and licensing are switched on. Rather than put up a button that hands you a copy we cannot support yet, there is no button.

Email us and you go on the list. When it opens you get the link and the first-day trial, before it is announced anywhere.

The installers are not code-signed yet, so macOS and Windows will both warn you the first time. On a Mac, right-click the app and choose Open. On Windows, click More info, then Run anyway. We are telling you now rather than letting you find out.
