Can I create an account or start a trial?
Create or sign in to your Orbyco account to access three browser searches after email verification. Desktop availability and paid checkout are separate from the browser trial.
Where is my app data stored?
The working database is stored on your computer. Licence activation contacts our licence service; requests you make to configured AI, Maps, email and calling providers send relevant data to those providers.
Can I move my data to another computer?
Yes. Settings → Download backup on the old machine, Settings → Restore from a backup on the new one. Businesses, leads, conversations, campaigns and mailboxes all come across. The normal backup contains your API keys, so there is a Download without keys option for when you are handing the file to someone else.
What do provider requests cost?
Charges depend on your use and each provider's current rates and free-use limits. Check provider pricing and configure spending limits before use.
