Terms of service

Your account and trial
Verify your email to access the online trial when available. Each verified account receives three searches, up to ten businesses per search. No card or automatic charge is required. Do not create multiple accounts to evade the limit. Search results are not a guarantee of completeness, accuracy or business outcomes.
Your desktop licence
The PC-bound fulfilment flow provides one computer per paid order for the term shown at checkout. Submit the PC ID from your desktop app after payment. The term starts at first licence claim and the key includes the expiry date. Contact support before moving to another computer. Do not resell or share keys. Multi-seat Agency sales and automatic renewals are not currently offered through this flow.
Payments and providers
Online checkout remains closed until seller verification and live payment tests are complete. Where offered, Square processes payment; Orbyco remains responsible for its product and support. The seller, total price, currency, applicable tax, term and included features must be shown before payment. Desktop third-party API costs are separate unless the offer expressly includes them.
Acceptable use
Use lawfully obtained data and respect privacy, opt-outs and provider terms. A public phone number or email address is not permission to send unsolicited marketing. UK rules can differ for companies, sole traders and individuals. You are responsible for the lawful basis and any required consent for your outreach. No guaranteed leads, rankings or sales are promised.
Google Maps
Online search uses Google Places. Google Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) apply to Google services. Keep source attribution visible. Do not scrape or bulk export trial results.
Your rights and support
Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content. UK consumers retain mandatory protections applicable to them. Contact sales@orbyco.com with questions or complaints. Seller identity and final jurisdiction wording must be confirmed before checkout opens.
